Where is my delivery being sent?

The shipping address you specified in your order under "ship to" details.

We recommend against a change of delivery address once your item is shipped  as this will likely cause delays.

Can I call my carrier directly?

As your delivery has a tracking number, you can call your carrier directly for more information. We understand sometimes you might not always have access to the internet if you need assistance, or you might just need to talk to someone (like we all do, sometimes).

I'm so excited! How long until my order arrives?

We’re excited too -- but unfortunately it is hard to accurately predict when your order will get to your door. Australia is a big place and a lot depends on your location.

If you live in metro VIC, NSW, SA, QLD & ACT areas, delivery can take up to 2 days from the time you receive this email.

If you live in a rural area or in metro WA & TAS, delivery can take longer.

If you live in remote QLD, WA & TAS areas, delivery can be slightly longer again.

Please note these are only averaged estimates, and delivery times may vary (and not always for the worse!).

Is there anything I need to do before delivery?

You will need to make sure someone is available at the delivery address to accept delivery.

Couriers will not be able to call ahead of a delivery, or leave a delivery unattended without permission.

You can provide written permission to leave your delivery unattended, but this will not be covered under the ecigforlife Freight Guarantee.

Where can I find my user manuals?

At ecigforlife we pride ourselves on running a paperless office. Not only does this help the environment, but we pass the savings on printing paper manuals straight to you!
