• THE FLAVOUR:  Usual Concentration - 10-20%. Most eLiquids are approved food grade flavours originally intended for baking or candy making. Depending on the individual, there are numerous flavours available.
• NICOTINE:  0-2.4% depending on strength required.
• DISTILLED WATER: As needed for the dilution of the above ingredients.
