Most lemon flavors come across as artificial and taste

more like something you use to polish your coffee table.

The idea behind Isolani was to focus on the lemon zest to

make it even more authentic tasting. This blend is

designed to be a chewy white lemon zest sugar cookie

that’s been coated with a sweet glaze (or frosting) to

offset the acidic nature of the zest itself.
