Our goods come with guarantees that cannot be excluded under the Australian Consumer Law. You are entitled to a replacement or refund for a major failure and compensation for any other reasonably foreseeable loss or damage. You are also entitled to have the goods repaired or replaced if the goods fail to be of acceptable quality and the failure does not amount to a major failure.
Electronic cigarette design has improved dramatically since inception, but it has noteached a point where batteries and atomizers will last for extended periods. Therefore components should be considered as consumable and/or disposable, and so part of the cost of electronic cigarette use is the continual replacement of worn-out components.
If you undertake some research, you will find that the life of the electronic cigarette is highly dependent on proper use and care. An electronic cigarette which is used incorrectly may "die" in as little as a few uses, while a properly cared for electronic cigarette could last a year, and may last longer.
It is your responsibility to learn how to use and care for your electronic cigarette and take the necessary steps to maintain it.
ecigforlife does not accept returns/refunds if the purchaser purchases any of our products and simply does not like the experience. The purchaser accepts that their purchase is made online and that the product description is what it is and should not make the purchase unless they feel the product is suitable for their needs.
Please ‘Contact Us’ for any information regarding the care and maintenance of your electronic cigarette. There are also many youtube videos where the the necessary information can be found.
You are entitled to a reliable product and at “ecigforlife” we do everything possible to ensure that you are satisfied with your purchase. For this reason, we source only the best products available and our “ecigforlife” warranty is designed to make sure you receive a properly functioning electronic cigarette that is not dead-on-arrival or shortly thereafter. Before we dispatch our products, our products are tested as functioning correctly.
We also will NOT refund should the purchaser simply not like the products size or visual appearance due to the fact that all our products show the products visually.
Clearomisers are stricly guaranteed for 5 days from the date of delivery. If your Clearomiser breaks down within this period simply follow the instructions noted below** and return the product for a ‘free replacement’ (conditions apply).
*Low and Standard Resistance CE6 Clearomisers are covered only by a D.O.A warranty as offered by the manufacturer.
Batteries are unconditionally guaranteed for 14 days from the date of delivery. If the battery breaks down within this period simply follow the instructions noted below** and return the product for a ‘free replacement’ (conditions apply). As batteries can be easily be damaged due to knocks/bumps and drops we will not replace a battery which falls outside of these warranty terms.
CHARGERS and USB CHARGERS
Chargers and USB Chargers are covered by a 30 day warranty. If your charger or USB charge breaks down within this period simply follow the instructions noted below** and return it for a ‘free replacement’ (conditions apply).
NOT COVERED UNDER WARRANTY
Any type of consumable such as cartridges (including cartomisers)and eLiquids/eJuice are non-returnable for health and safety reasons
Painted surfaces are not warranted against scratches & chipping
Damage caused by water, a fall or blow to the product are not covered by warranty.
The warranty is void in the event of misuse, negligence and/or not correctly following the instructions or manuals supplied with the products (if applicable).All warrantable items will need to be sent back to ecigforlife for inspection prior to replacement and the cost of return is to be strictly borne by the purchaser.All returns are to be STRICTLY via tracking and signature. If you do not return in this manner and we do not receive your items then we will not be liable.
‘Free Replacement’ Conditions: If the defective component is no longer in stock we will credit your customer account with store credit of the component purchase price (shipping charge not included). We will only send out a replacement and/or arrange store credit after receiving the defective component. Postage for returning the defective component to us will be at your own expense.
eVic Variable Voltage
eVic Variable Voltage units purchased from ecigforlife are covered under the factory warranty of 14 days. There are NO extentions to this policy.
What is not covered:
This warranty does not cover the atomizer, batteries, charger, tips or any other accessories, only the device itself..
The warranty does not cover improper or unreasonable use; failure to follow operating instructions; accidents, excess moisture, lightning, power surges, connections to improper voltage supply/batteries, unauthorised alteration or modification of original condition; loss of or damage to the vaporiser or its internal components. Cross threading the end caps is not covered.
Should your unit display "Atomiser not found" you will need to reinstall factory reset option and/or reinstall computer program and if this is unsuccessful contact JoyeTech customer care for further information at
Due to the nature of the eVic high end unit and the fact that we cannot control the way in which the device is used, ecigforlife cannot help with any in depth trouble shooting and we are unable to offer any warranty beyond 14 days. Should you feel uncomfortable with this then we ask you to reconsider your purchase.
What we will do:
During the warranty period, we will repair or replace free of charge, any defective parts within a reasonable period of time.
What you must do to obtain Warranty Service:
1. Contact JoyeTech via e-mail for specific return and shipping instructions.
2. Label and ship the product, freight prepaid, to the address posted on our website. Include a copy of your original order and explanation of the problem or reason for return with the return. Packages not bearing a return authorization number, where required, will be refused.
THE PROVISIONS OF THIS WARRANTY ARE IN LIEU OF ANY OTHER WARRANTY, WHETHER EXPRESSED OR IMPLIED, WRITTEN OR ORAL, INCLUDING ANY WARRANTY OF MERCHANTABILITY OR FITNESS FOR A PARTICULAR PURPOSE. JOYETECH & ECIGFORLIFE MAXIMUM LIABILITY SHALL NOT EXCEED THE ACTUAL PURCHASE PRICE PAID BY YOU FOR THE PRODUCT. IN NO EVENT SHALL JOYETECH OR ECIGFORLIFE BE LIABLE FOR LOSS OF, DAMAGE TO OR FOR SPECIAL, INCIDENTAL, CONSEQUENTIAL, OR INDIRECT DAMAGES HOWSOEVER CAUSED INCLUDING WITHOUT LIMITATION THE REPLACEMENT OF EQUIPMENT AND PROPERTY, WITH YOUR JOYETECH PRODUCT.
**In order to return an item to us please complete the form below so that we may issue you with an address and a Return Merchandise Authorisation Number (RMA).
Issuing you with a RMA will allow us to prepare your exchange/credit quickly and easily, however please allow at least 2 Business days after we receive your item to process this.
Please note that shipping charges are not included.

You should be fully aware that
any data (including but not limited to product descriptions) on this website may
not by fully up to date or currently accurate. We do attempt to maintain all
information at an up to date reasonable level but you should not use any of the
information as matter of fact or as reliable information. Any information or
knowledge gathered from our website should not be used in anyway for medical
purposes. If you have any doubts about the medical suitability of any of our
products please seek advice immediately from a qualified person such as your
local GP. Ecigforlife cannot be held responsible at all for any medical issues
that may arise from use of our products. Ecigforlife have not carried out any
medical research at this stage and therefore are not qualified to recommend a

the re-seller of products created outside our control and you take full
responsibility for the use of our products regardless of the outcome. This does
not impact your statutory rights.
Product Safety and use
Ecigforlife in no way advertise any of our products as a cure to
smoking or a cure to addiction of nicotine. The Electronic cigarette delivers
nicotine to a person via the e-liquid substance should the purchaser buy nicotine
- from an overseas source and put nicotine in their eliquid themselves. Nicotine is classed as a poison
and is addictive/harmful to your health (It is advisable to view further information
on nicotine Safety within www.google.com). If you suffer from any sort of
nicotine addiction or dependency you should consult your GP as an electronic
cigarette or any of our other products are not cures or aids for your medical
issues. As per previously mentioned in our terms and conditions you should
consult a health professional before using any of our products. If you fail to
do this you cannot hold electronicecig or the parent company responsible in
any way for the outcome of using our products. All product use and consumption
is done at the customers own risk as per the liability section of the terms and conditions.
We provide several links to
outside third party organisations from vendors to community forums and
manufacturers. Please note that these links are completely out of our control
and therefore any risk associated with those sites is not our responsibility. We
suggest your computer carries full virus and firewall software. You should refer
to the terms and conditions of said websites to gather more information on their
policies which we have no control over. If you feel a website we link to is hosting
or serving illegal/virus material please inform us and we will review linking
to said third party.
Limitation of Liability and indemnity
Ecigforlife accept no liability and will not be responsible for any loss, claims,
damage, injuries, expense or suffering incurred as a result of any product or
services provided by ecigforlife or its parent company. Any compensation
or refunds shall be at the discretion of ecigforlife and shall not exceed the
value of the product provided.
This disclaimer also applies to use of information supplied on our website and
any information held in our back office systems.
The customer agrees that it
shall defend, indemnify, save and hold ecigforlife and its parent company
harmless from any and all demands, liabilities, losses, costs and claims,
including reasonable legal fee's asserted against ecigforlife and ,Safari Trial Pty Ltd,
it's agents,third parties, manufacturers, customers, directors and employees, that
may arise or result from any product or service provided or performed or agreed
to be performed or any product sold by customers, its agents, employees or
assignees. The customer agrees to defend, indemnify and hold harmless
ecigforlife,and Safari Trial Pty Ltd against liabilities arising out of [but not limited to; any injury
or medical condition to person or persons/property caused by any products
/services sold or otherwise distributed in connection with/directly by
ecigforlife, any material supplied by customer infringing or allegedly
infringing on the proprietary rights of a third party.
Due to trademark and copyright
restrictions any information on our website (including but not limited to
product descriptions, photos and private videos) may not be re-used without our
express written permission. This excludes any videos linked to on sharing sites
such as Youtube. The complete website including but not limited to: website
coding, pages, etc. are all protected by copyright and trademarks relatively.
You agree that you will not re-transmit or share any items downloaded/obtained
from our website without our express written permission. ecigforlife is owned

In order to purchase any
of our products/services you must be aged 18 or over. Ecigforlife reserve
the right to request proof of age from any of our customers at any stage of an
order. If we suspect you are not of the correct age we reserve the right to cancel
your order with a full refund minus any administrative costs incurred preparing
your order. Please note if you are under 18 years old you are breaking our terms
of service and legal terms in placing an order.
Shipping and charges

Return policy and currency conversion Warranties on items such as atomisers and clearomisers are “dead on arrival”. Due to the nature of these items and the semi-disposable association we cannot offer a long warranty on these items. You must inform us within 2 working days if you have received a dead on arrival item so we can provide a replacement. Please note if a refund is required the product must be returned in an unused state and any sealed items must not have the seal broken. Please provide as much information as possible so that we can deal with your query as quickly as possible.not covered above are covered by your standard statutory rights as a consumer of goods. We offer our products in $AUD currency. The exchange rate used is completely at our discretion and may not be the same as your bank/local currency exchange. We use a central database of currency rates to update our rates. We cannot change these and accept no liability for the difference between our rates and any rates you may discover.
