RETURNS POLICY

Should you find your product component faulty upon arrival we will either:

Refund the amount paid for the item in the same manner as which it was paid for.
ie. If paid via PayPal you will be refunded via PayPal once the item is returned to us and inspected and found inoperable. Please note this will be at the sole discretion of ecigforlife and will be assessed on a case by case basis. Should the returned item be found to have a faulty part ecigforlife will replace only the faulty part and return the item to the purchaser in a tested and working manner and will not accept a refund of monies.NOTE: If this is unacceptable to the purchaser we suggest you reconsider your purchase.

OR

We will issue a store credit which can be redeemed on your next purchase.

Should we receive the returned product in a functional manor, or find the item is inoperable due to using a foreigh eLiquid we will return the item to the sender once the sender has paid for the return shipping fee. Should the purchaser elect not to pay the return shipping fee we will hold the unit for the period of one month and after that period we will dispose of the item.

We reserve the right to assess the condition and age of returned goods prior to offering a repair, exchange or refund. This may result in a repair, exchange or refund being refused.


Please note that all shipping costs (inclusive of initial shipping fee) are non-refundable and faulty items to be returned at customers expense.

All returns are to be with tracking and signature at the customers expense.

No goods are to be returned without prior aproval otherwise we will not accept them as we must first assess the need via phone diagnosis first. Notification must be via direct phone contact with an acceptance email from ecigforlife to the client regarding such return.

A warranty is void in the event of misuse, negligence and/or not correctly following the instructions or manuals supplied with the products (if applicable).All warrantable items will need to be sent back to ecigforlife for inspection prior to replacement and the cost of return is to be strictly borne by the purchaser.All returns are to be STRICTLY via tracking and signature. If you do not return in this manner and we do not receive your items then we will not be liable.


We are unable to extend this policy to our Smoke Juice /eJuice range for health 
and safety reasons as this is a consumable item.

ecigforlife cannot guarantee the shade of color is the same as the photos and the rendering of photos on the consumers device and as such we are unable to have the item/s returned for credit simply due to a different shade of the color chosen. Should ecigforlife agree to change/reimburse the client, it is the clients responsibility to return the goods in a saleable condition and unused. The cost of return with signature required is borne by the customer and the initial shipping fee will similarly not be reimbursed.

SHIPPING POLICY

The ecigforlife Team are  now using the Australia Post eParcel System.

As our company has expanded rapidly we have migrated to this excellent service which will benefit you the customer. 

All shipped items will now come with signature and  tracking as standard.

All stocked items ordered prior to 2pm AEST will be shipped on that day and we Guarentee it. 

Delivery time is based upon business days, which we consider to be Monday through Friday, excluding public holidays.

Orders placed on the weekend, on a public holiday, or after 14:00 PM AEST Time on Friday, will be processed on the next business day.

Estimated delivery timeframe is based on orders placed by 14:00 PM AEST Time. After 14:00 PM AEST Time, please add one business day.

We offer a local pick-up subject to customer location.

The ecigforlife Team has no minimum order requirement.

If you are visiting from interstate and wish to pick-up your order in person you may do so by phoning ahead for an appointment.

All pick-up orders to be paid upon placing the order.

If you would prefer to pay on receipt of goods please ensure you have the correct amount.

REFUND POLICY

Upon Receipt of your order, if you find that you have ordered the wrong colour, size, or style of a product from our website, then you may exchange the item(s) for another from our range as long as we receive the item(s) to us unused, in it's original packaging and in a re-saleable state within 7 days of delivery.

Upon receipt of your order, if the item is not in stock we will contact you and offer you an alternative product. If you elect not to exchange your item(s) for another we will refund your amount in the manner in which it was paid to us. Should you elect to wait for your original item to become available then the original item(s) will be shipped to you within one business day of the goods arriving in stock.

Should either of the situations above not apply then we will issue a store credit against your account which can be used to purchase any item(s) from our range within the period of one year.

In the event that the customer having paid for items and found them unavailable and having indicated their intentions to wait and see what becomes available in the near future, then a credit will be applied to their account which can be redeemed for goods within the period of one year. If the client elects to wait then NO refund of monies will be issued after the period of 7 days and a store credit will apply immediately.

ecigforlife ship internationally. There are a few things that you need to be aware of...

We are only able to ship to Verified PayPal Account holders. If you have an "un-verified" PayPal account then we will be unable to ship any parcel through international shipping networks. You may be able to order in our system however it will be swiftly refunded and your order cancelled.

We have been seeing an increase of fraudulent orders originating pre-dominantly from SE Asia and as such these rules will be adhered to and an email or text message will not help. 

All International parcels are sent via Australia Post using Registered Post International.

 
Registered Post International is a non-trackable service however requires a signature for delivery.
 
 
Postage time frames for International Shipping vary according to the country that you reside.
 
All parcels shipped internationally will have a customs declaration completed by Ecigforlife in accordance with Australian Law. This Customs declaration will have a truthful description of goods contained within.
 
We will not use the words "Tobacco" or "eCigarette" in describing the contents of any parcel shipped however the words "personal vaporiser" or "vaping supplies" may be used.
 
All customs and import duties imposed by the country of destination are the responsibility of the purchaser.
 
Please do not ask us to under-declare or fraudulently complete the customs paperwork. 
 
If the Customs or Border Revenue service of your country requests a payment of Duty or Tax prior to the delivery of your package, this cost is to be borne by you.
 
Ecigforlife take NO responsibility with any customs or tax issues once the parcel has been shipped by us.
 
For any and all international consignments, once the parcel has been supplied by us to Australia Post our involvement with any issue relating to this parcel is of a non-monetary kind.
 
Ecigforlife will not replace lost or un-delivered parcels and take no responsibility for the package once we have shipped it.
 
If you have any reservations or doubts in relation to shipping from Australia to your country, refer to www.auspost.com.au for further information or contact us at ecigforlife. In regards to international client purchases and the fact that we have no control over the goods once we submit them into the Australia Post system and the fact that the goods are sent without insurance we will not refund or replace any goods which are not delivered to the end purchaser. If you are uncomfortable with this policy we respectfully request you do not purchase your items from us. We will however take every precausion to carefully pack your items and ship them in a timely manner via Australia Post international with signature as standard.
